Services are intended for appropriate non-emergency medical concerns. Availability of services depends on your location, symptoms, medical needs, provider availability, and clinical appropriateness.
Not every condition can be evaluated or treated virtually or through an in home visit.
Concierge Nursing Services, INC. does not provide emergency medical services.
If you are experiencing severe, life threatening, or potentially life threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Do not wait for a response to a website message, phone call, appointment request, test result, or other communication from our practice during a medical emergency.

Patients receiving virtual care must be physically located in a jurisdiction where the provider is licensed and legally permitted to practice at the time of the appointment.
Currently, virtual visits are intended for eligible patients physically located in California at the time of the appointment.
Some medical concerns require an in person examination, diagnostic testing, or a higher level of care. In such situations, you may be advised to seek in person medical attention.
In home services are available in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, subject to location, scheduling, provider availability, and clinical appropriateness.
Not every requested service or medical condition can be managed through an in home visit.
Travel related charges or other applicable fees may apply depending on the service and location. Any applicable charges will be explained before you agree to the service.
Appointments are provided by appointment only and are subject to provider availability.
Patients may request or schedule appointments through the website scheduling system or by contacting the practice.
If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may request an alternative time, subject to availability.
An appointment request does not guarantee that the requested time or service will be available.
Regular business hours are:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Weekends are subject to availability.
Appointments and calls outside regular business hours may be available by request and require confirmation from the practice.
For in person visits, at least 4 hours’ cancellation notice is required.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Additional appointment or service policies may apply and will be communicated when applicable.
Concierge Nursing Services, INC. operates as a cash pay/self pay practice.
Patients are responsible for payment for services provided by the practice. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
The practice accepts major credit cards, including Visa and American Express, as well as PayPal.
Current service fees are provided through the applicable Services and Pricing information.
Additional charges may apply for certain services, including applicable travel, after hours, laboratory testing, or procedures. Any applicable charges will be explained before the service is provided.
Concierge Nursing Services, INC. does not currently bill health insurance or submit insurance claims on behalf of patients.
Patients are responsible for the cost of their services regardless of whether they have health insurance.
The practice is not accepting Medicare patients at this time.
Patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider are responsible for contacting their insurance company to determine whether reimbursement may be available. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Certain healthcare expenses may be eligible for payment through Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts.
Eligibility depends on the patient’s individual plan and applicable rules.
Patients are responsible for confirming eligibility with their HSA or FSA administrator.
Medications may be prescribed when medically appropriate following a healthcare evaluation.
Prescribing decisions are made based on clinical judgment, applicable laws, and the patient’s individual circumstances.
Controlled substances are not routinely offered through the concierge urgent care model.
The practice does not refill narcotics.
Prescription medications are not guaranteed simply because a patient requests them.
Select diagnostic testing and specimen collection may be available through in home services, including respiratory testing, urine collection, blood specimen collection, and other testing when clinically appropriate.
Laboratory testing may involve additional charges.
Testing availability may depend on clinical need, laboratory availability, location, and other factors.
Test results should be interpreted in consultation with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Administration of prescribed injectable medications may be available as an in home service when clinically appropriate.
Injectable medications require a valid prescription and appropriate clinical review before administration.
Concierge Nursing Services, INC. does not guarantee that any particular injectable medication will be appropriate or available.
