Virtual Visit: Starting at $129
Convenient video-based evaluation and treatment for common non-emergency concerns, including cold and flu symptoms, cough, sore throat, sinus symptoms, allergies, pink eye, minor skin concerns, uncomplicated urinary symptoms, gastrointestinal complaints, and other appropriate acute conditions.
In-Home Visit: Starting at $229
Personalized medical care in the comfort of your home for select acute, non-emergency concerns when an in-person assessment is appropriate. Services are available in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, subject to location, availability, and clinical appropriateness.
Convenient in-home specimen collection and testing when clinically appropriate, including COVID-19, influenza, STD panels, and strep testing, as well as urinalysis and urine collection.
In-home blood draws and specimen collection with laboratory coordination, including planned integration with Quest Diagnostics where appropriate.
Prescription treatment may be provided when clinically appropriate following an evaluation, including electronic prescribing. Controlled substances are not routinely offered through the concierge urgent care model, and narcotics are not refilled.
Short-term follow-up care after an acute visit, testing, or treatment to review symptoms, discuss results, and determine appropriate next steps.
Select wellness-focused services may be added as the practice expands, based on patient needs and applicable clinical requirements.
Additional mobile and virtual healthcare services may be introduced over time based on patient needs, scope of practice, provider availability, and applicable regulations.
